I just placed an order, how long does it take to ship itn?
After placing your order, please allow 1-4 business days for us to register and prepare for shipment.
¿How long will it take to receive my order??
Once your order ships, it should be received within 15-20 days depending on your location.
There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause delays in shipment. Although most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.
As a consequence of the Covid-19 problem and its global impact on mobility and transport, deliveries may take a little longer than usual. Please, be pacient.
¿I will receive a tracking number?
We provide a tracking number for every order. The tracking number will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product can be shipped from different distribution centers as our product research team is dedicated to finding quality yet affordable products.
Once you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order, you can click on 'Order Tracking' on our website to check the status of your order.
¿I can cancel my order?
¡You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to take effect. If the article has already been submitted, please send an email to dogstar@caribanadigital.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject 'CANCEL' and in its content please include the order number that you will find in the confirmation information.
¡I sent the wrong address!
If you misspelled or auto-filled in your address incorrectly, simply reply to the order confirmation email and provide the correct information. Notify us immediately by email at dogstar@caribanadigital.com. If the address is wrong, we can fix it within 24 hours.
My item has arrived damaged. What can I do?r?
We ship all items with additional padding. Still, our customers report that roughly 1 in 1,000 products arrive damaged by courier abuse.

- Your order number.
- A photo of the damaged product.
Once received, we will be happy to send you a free one.
